President

Bob Colgan

Bob is well-versed in single-family cabinet operations having served in senior leadership roles in several cabinet companies previously. Bob was instrumental in driving operational excellence at RSI during its rise before it was sold. He also served as the VP of Operations for KB Homes in Southern California. His experience on both the manufacturing side and on the builder side gives him a unique ability to understand exactly what our customers expect. Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Education from California State University at Long Beach and served as a Professor and Department Chair for Cerritos College for more than a decade. Bob has been in cabinets nearly his entire life and will bring a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Greg Armbruster

With a proven ability to advance cabinets from concept to completion, Greg Armbruster learned about cabinets the old-fashioned way, by building them since he was a child. As VP of Sales for Barbosa, Greg has drawn on his rich historical perspectives honed over the last 25 years at North American Cabinets Solutions & RSI. Greg’s thought leadership & strategical insights drive operational efficiencies & create solutions for his team & client base.

Greg enjoys spending his free time in SoCal with his wife Joleene & two teenage children Jakob & Ava

Controller

Renita Culp

Renita joined our Barbosa team in February bringing 20 years of manufacturing experience in accounting and 15+ years in a leadership/Controllership role. During her career she has earned several audit awards, streamlined inventory and accounting processes, reduced waste and saved her prior companies millions of dollars annually. She has also been responsible for the accounting and finance contributions to several ERP and MRP implementations. She received her master's degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting. Renita also managed her own bookkeeping business as a Certified Bookkeeper. Renita loves to cook and previously worked part-time in her family’s restaurant as a cook, baker, and accountant. Renita has been instrumental in building and training the Accounting and Finance team, she is passionate about the success of her team and building timely and accurate reporting systems to benefit our business.
Director of Manufacturing Operations

Travis Nutter

Travis Nutter is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and an accomplished track and field athlete, having been a member of the 2004 Olympic team and an alternate for the 2008 Olympic team in the hammer throw event. After retiring from athletics, Travis formed his own business, Golden Bear Cabinetry, which was known throughout the Bay Area for exceptional quality, high-end, custom cabinetry. Travis grew Golden Bear Cabinetry to $3M in annual revenue prior to transitioning into large-scale manufacturing as Plant Manager at Friant and Associates and Assistant Operations Manager at Precision Cabinetry and Design, where he transitioned the enterprise from cabinet ware to cabinet vision, improving manufacturing efficiency. Travis brings an advanced understanding of cabinet manufacturing, coupled with the business savvy that can come only from building a successful business.

Manufacturing Engineer

Oscar Landeros

Oscar is a Manufacturing Engineer with over 10 years of experience. With a degree in Industrial Engineering, he brings vast knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement. He first started his career in the plastic injection molding world as a Project Engineer. Recently, he’s worked with one of the top contract manufacturing companies in the Bay Area as and Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer, where he was able to move up the ranks into a Manufacturing Engineering Manager role. This role highlighted the importance of adopting standardized and systems-driven processes to deliver and exceed production goals and objectives. At Barbosa, Oscar is responsible to develop, improve, and provide engineered solutions across the manufacturing space. He is a firm believer that if we can put people in the moon, motor vehicles in Mars, and Roadsters floating through space: anything is possible.

Director of Business Operations

Bill Gulart

Bill brings with him decades of manufacturing leadership experience within the aerospace industry running plants, people and processes very similar to the operational processes used in the cabinet industry. Bill is married and has two adult children. He and his wife are experiencing what it means to be empty nesters. Amongst his many past times he enjoys fishing, the outdoors, RV camping, RC planes and cars, and most importantly Bill is an avid woodworker. On the professional side, Bill is an experienced senior level executive with a proven track record of executing corporate objectives and hitting productivity goals and metrics through maximizing revenue, operating efficiencies and sound manufacturing processes. Bill’s expertise in operational management is evident in his use of Lean, 6S, coaching, leadership and team building. Bill’s in-depth knowledge of ERP, MRP, and Kanban implementations will be vital in the expansion of our manufacturing and operational objectives. Bill enjoys building teams to be successful regardless of the task. He finds gratification in seeing people take on new challenges and meeting operational goals. Bill, welcome to the Barbosa family.

Director of Sales Operations

Lea Hoeke

Lea Hoeke has over 10 years of work experience in the home building industry. She takes pride in establishing and maintaining solid relationships with her builders. Lea and her family recently moved from the Bay Area to Folsom. During her down time, she enjoys spending time with her children, exercise, cooking, being outdoors and creating lifelong memories. Her go to quote is “if you don’t go after what you want, you will never get it”.

Director of Countertop Surfaces

Clayton Stigman

Clayton has become Director of Surfaces at Barbosa Cabinets. He joined the company in July of 1993 with 15 years of countertop experience and has helped build Barbosa Cabinets countertop division for the past 28 years. His knowledge of the products that Barbosa Cabinets offers like Engineered Marble, Acrylic, Quartz, Granite and Porcelain Slabs and their applications has helped Barbosa Countertops become one of the leaders in the Northern California market in both Residential and Commercial. He enjoys RV’ing around the state and has 2 Sons that he is very proud of.
Account Manager

Dawn Reed

Dawn Reed was born and raised in San Jose. She has over 30 years of experience in the home building industry in Northern California. Her current role with Barbosa Inc as an account allows her the opportunity to utilize her vast knowledge of specifications and design trends to every customer she interacts with. She enjoys developing long lasting business partnerships and specializes in providing top notch customer service to her clients. Dawn is experienced in project management from start to completion including design, estimating and value engineering, providing product knowledge and design center training, and field management to hit job deadlines. Dawn is active in the Homebuilding Association of Northern California and has served on the P.A.S.S committee since 1994. She is an avid soccer player, enjoys hiking in the hills with her dog, and having fun with family and friends.

Christina Pacheco

Christina comes to Barbosa with over 20 years of sales experience. She takes pride in creating and nurturing relationships with builders and loves networking. Christina lives in San Ramon with her 2 amazing children. She enjoys finding new hiking trails, watching her kids sports activities, and traveling.

Emitt Isaacks

Emitt has been happily married to his beautiful wife, Mary, for 23 years. Together, they have been blessed with four wonderful sons & one granddaughter who bring joy and laughter to their lives. In his free time, Emitt enjoys golf, boating, traveling abroad and glamping (combining the comfort of modern amenities with of the great outdoors). Professionally, Emitt has been deeply involved in the tile stone & building industry for over 20 years. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he has become a trusted expert in the field, delivering exceptional service and innovative products to his clients. With a strong commitment to his family, a passion for leisure activities, and a successful career in the tile stone industry, Emitt leads a fulfilling and rewarding life. His positive outlook, unwavering work ethic, and genuine love for those around him make him a valued member of both his personal and professional communities.

Adriana Agredano

Adriana comes to Barbosa with 17 years of sales experience. She takes pride in building long lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service to her clients. She lives in Knightsen, and has called this little, sleepy town home for the last 3 years. When she's not working, she keeps busy at home with DIY projects, spending time with family and enjoying outdoor activities.
Account Manager

John Spear

John is an Account Manager for Barbosa Cabinets. He joined the Company in February of 2021 and brings 29 years of experience in cabinet industry. He has a vast knowledge of the Multi-Family market which includes all ADA compliance categories. His previous employment consisted of serving the Multi-Family market in Southern California where he managed and completed 10,000’s apartments in the new construction and renovation categories. He enjoys volunteering umpiring in Little League baseball and fishing in his spare time. He has 4 children which includes 2 Daughters and 2 Sons.
